I’M MARRIED MYSELF WITH TWO SMALL KIDS AND A BUSY CAREER,

But shortly after having my first child, I lost a feeling of my own identity and confidence. This took the focus away from my relationship. That first year of becoming a father was the hardest for me. I became hyper-critical of myself, I felt like I was failing and I started to shut down my emotions.

During the same period my wife was also suffering from postnatal depression. How we were both feeling had a huge impact on our relationship dynamic and the way we were communicating.
This was the beginning of my journey to becoming a Relationship Coach.
